● Design and deliver engaging orientation and training programs for new hires.
● Develop training content tailored to specific job roles and departments.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
● Partner with management to identify training needs and gaps in the organization.
● Foster a supportive and inclusive onboarding experience.


Qualifications:

● An MBA degree from a recognized institution.
● Proven experience in training and development, or a related role.
● Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong knowledge of effective training methodologies and tools.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
